The Opportunity

Support Robotics is an exciting software technology business, on a mission to change the face of customer care in the mobile and broadband telecoms markets.

Our mobile apps and cloud platform enable users to perform a wide range of customer-service activities without visiting a store or a call centre – from processing an upgrade to their smartphone, to diagnosing and fixing tricky home networking issues. And when customers need further assistance, our call centre portal provides a host of innovative new remote support tools which help drive faster resolutions.

Our product has already made its mark with significant market uptake, so we’re in great shape to grow our software team.

What we look for

We're always interested to hear from software developers (Android, iOS and Full-Stack) who relish an agile and innovative environment, will bring new ideas to keep our product ahead in the market, and will have a big impact on our customers and end-users.

You will need to have experience in commercial product development using object-oriented languages, strong design and problem solving skills, but aside from that, we value the right person ahead of any specific technical requirements.
